This
Ride & hike is ideal for anyone It is by far the easiest
way to reach the best spots.
A trip in our 4 x 4 open canopied vehicles takes you in
comfort & safety to Landroskop along Boland trail
in the Hottentots
Holland Nature Reserve.
Overnight gear is dropped off at an old fashioned mountain
hut before the hike. The hike starts from here following
a trail to and around Sneeukop reaching ±1930m
above sea level and then back to the cabin for some rest
and relaxation around a central log fire, candles, dinner
and storytelling.
Up early for a further walk or just relax before breakfast
and head off down the mountain. We return to base at the
Eikenhof Dam in the morning, about 11 - 12.
Here you get the chance to explore one of the world's
most spectacular mountain floral kingdoms deep in the
reserve. Fynbos is largely underrated and undiscovered
by many people. We have, in association with Cape Nature,
assembled a package for anybody seeking to enjoy spectacular
views and rare plants and who enjoy a rejuvenating experience.
You need to bring:Basic
over night apparel
Note if your are an international visitor all the
below can be provided at a small extra cost

~Comfortable hiking shoes
(Bookings for this trail need to be made at least 1 week
in advance)

permits , refreshments en route , extra warm clothing

bring your own food for the evening meal and breakfast
